When should we prescribe deep brain stimulation (DBS): Before or after the onset of motor fluctuations? Amazing debate with great dialogue from Nicola Pavese from the United Kingdom vs. Irena Rektorova from the Czech Republic. Both debaters have NOT been consistently offering DBS BEFORE motor fluctuations in their practices.
