Dystonia and dyskinesia are extra movements that can, but don’t always, occur in Parkinson’s. They’re different from the core symptoms like tremor, slowness and stiffness. However, it can sometimes be challenging to distinguish between dystonia and dyskinesia from tremor in Parkinson’s.
