
Impact of a keto diet on symptoms of Parkinson's disease, biomarkers, depression, anxiety and quality of life

They reported better health markers, improved mood and thinking, reduced pain and anxiety, and overall better quality of life. The study suggests that an LCHF diet is safe and could help reduce PD symptoms, but larger studies are necessary to confirm these findings.
