In today’s class, Power for Parkinson's instructor Lauren Lewis is joined by participants Duane, Sondra, Jim, and Wendy to demonstrate fun, effective exercises that help manage Parkinson's symptoms through the power of exercise. These exercises are great for enhancing coordination, mobility, and speed. While the class uses a Power for Parkinson's ball you can easily substitute it with a small pillow or any soft, medium-sized ball if you don’t have one.
