Nancy's Ultimate Scarf Workout for Strength & Balance
Join Nancy Bain in this FUN Strength & Balance home exercise video for #Parkinsons. In this full-body Parkinson's workout, you will use two scarves (bandanas and cloth napkins also work!) to strengthen your core, arms, and legs. Nancy leads us through a strong breathing warm-up, followed by a seated strength workout, and a standing workout to help with balance and leg strength.
