This session focuses on cognition, multitasking, memory, and coordination, all while giving you a full-body workout. You can complete the entire routine seated, but don’t be fooled—it’s a real challenge!
For this workout, a ball is used, but if you don’t have one, a pillow or rolled-up T-shirt works just as well.
