This Beginner's Strength and Resistance Workout is Perfect for People with Parkinson's!
This introductory Parkinson’s Exercise Class focuses on Strength & resistance exercises that help combat #Parkinsons symptoms. Debbie Rosenberg guides you through a seated series of strength exercises with light hand weights. For this class you will need a hand weights or you can use two water bottles or cans. This class can be done seated or standing. Debbie builds on this format in her Strength and Balance classes you can always view on demand. Happy exercising!
