Join Power for Parkinson's Instructor Lauren Lewis for a fun and effective chair-based balance workout designed to help improve stability and confidence. This session is 38 minutes and will focus on core strengthening, enhancing gait and posture, and practicing safe weight-shifting techniques to promote better balance in daily activities. Today’s workout incorporates an exercise ball, but if you don’t have one, a small pillow or rolled-up t-shirt works as a great alternative!
