This Move & Shout® class focuses on Improving gait by building leg strength, ankle flexion, and large healthy muscles. Lauren Lewis leads us through a ball workout that works cognitive function to help improve the brain's ability to change and form new neuropathways. Working out with brain challenges helps you to train the brain and body to regain motor skills and enhance executive function and speed. Have FUN moving while targeting common PD symptoms. This class focuses on using fluid movements that encourage your range of motion. Exercising with patterns and add-on exercises helps improve cognitive function and memory. Happy exercising!
