Knitting Together for Parkinson's Disease

Dear Friends and Colleagues, We are launching a Campaign to Create Awareness for Parkinson's disease during April. Do you knit or crochet? Have you thought about starting? Or do you know others who love this artform? Whether you are a novice or expert, we invite you to create threads of connection and hope -- The idea is for individuals to knit/crochet items that are symbols of Parkinson's disease, such as tulips, and display them in the community to spark conversation, inspire hope, and create awareness. Individuals can take photos of their creations and then post them on social media, and we can create a collage or video slideshow featuring community contributions.
