Parkinson's affects patients across all ages, racial, ethnic, socio-economic, geographic, and gender demographics; despite this, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) remains a challenge in Parkinson's research. In this, Cure Parkinson's Recruitment and Retention Officer, Anaya Navangul, discusses why EDI is important for research and highlights several projects seeking to improve these knowledge gaps.
